提出了构建智能化电力系统故障信息分析系统的新思路 ,从调度运行和继电保护专业分析两个不同的角度对系统的功能定位进行了详细的描述 ,并在系统的开放性和安全性上提出了要求。

This paper presents a new thinking about establishing the intelligent treatment system for fault information of power system.The function orientation of the system is also expounded from the view of dispatch openation and analysis of relay. Finally, the author makes some suggestions about openability and security of the system.
