集散型的生产和用电管理信息系统及其信息安全机制

Security Mechanism of a Management Information System for Electric Power Supply

本文提出了“供电公司管理信息系统”的“集散实现模式”及技术。“集”指设备、用户、线路、表计等信息由总公司统一管理、集中处理 ,“散”指电量电费结算等数据密集型工作由各供电所分散处理。其优点在于公司的重要管理部门能全盘了解公司的生产和用电情况 ,同时又能从繁重的数据处理工作中解放出来 ,集中精力搞好用电管理和服务。集散型系统的通信子系统的安全是系统成败的关键 ,本文提出了基于客户端 IP地址认证。

This paper introduces the concept of centralization/distribution mode. Centralization means centralized management of equipments, lines and meters of the general electric power supply company while distribution distributed charging of electricity fees by its local branches. The Management Information System of Electric Power Supply with such a mode relies heavily on security of its communication subsystem. This paper proposes a security mechanism based on authentication of client IP addresses, transferred data packets and client software.
