磁处理白酒对大鼠免疫功能的影响

The Influence of Magnetized Alcoholic Drink on Immune Function in Rats

目的 :探讨磁处理白酒对大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :对分别饮用含乙醇 10 %磁处理白酒 (磁酒组 )、10 %未经磁处理白酒 (白酒组 )、自来水 (对照组 ) 4 0天后的 3组大鼠 ,取血清测定溶菌酶含量 ,并称取脾脏及胸腺重量。结果 :对照组大鼠脾脏重 (0 .5 39± 0 .10 4) g,胸腺重 (0 .32 8± 0 .0 99) g;白酒组大鼠脾脏重 (0 .413± 0 .0 93) g,胸腺重 (0 .2 2 1±0 .0 74) g;磁酒组大鼠脾脏重 (0 .465± 0 .160 ) g,胸腺重 (0 .2 77± 0 .0 89) g。白酒组与对照组比较 ,差异具有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1) ;磁酒组与对照组比较 ,差异则无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。白酒组溶菌环直径 (3.364± 1.0 97) mm显著小于对照组 (4 .773± 1.618) mm,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。而磁酒组溶菌环直径 (4 .72 7± 1.2 12 ) mm与对照组差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :白酒具有降低大鼠免疫功能的作用 ,而磁处理酒对大鼠的免疫功能无明显影响 。

Objective : To study the influence of magnetized alcoholic drink on immune function in rats . Methods : 40 days after the rats in 3 groups drink 10% alcoholic drink treated with magnetic field ( magnetized alcoholic drink group ) , 10% alcoholic drink without magnetic treatment ( alcoholic drink group )and tapwater (control group),respectively,the serum were obtained to determine lysonyme content and the weight of spleen and thymus were weighed,respectively.Results:In control group, the weight of spleen of rat were (0.539±0 104)g and thymus were (0.328±0.099) g. In alcoholic drink group , the weight of spleen of rat were (0.413±0.093)g and thymus were (0.221±0.074) g.In magnetized alcoholic drink group, the spleen of rat weighed (0.465±0.160)g and thymus weighed (0.277±0.089)g. The difference reached statistical significance between the alcoholic drink group and the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); while there was no significant difference between the magnetized alcoholic drink group and the control group (P>0.05) . The diameters of dissolving germs ring of alcoholic drink group (3.364±1.097)mm were decreased markedly(P>0.05),while the above parameter(4.727±1.212)mm of the magnetized alcoholic drink group had no significant differences (P>0.05) ,compared with the control group(4.773±1.618)mm,respectively.Conclusion:The alcoholic drink has an effect of decreasing the immune function of rats,however the magnetized alcoholic drink had no significant on the immune function of rats . These results showed that the effect of the magnetized alcoholic drink on the immune function of rats is less than that of the pure alcoholic drink.
