摘要
针对汽轮机组各种运行方式的特点(包括优点和缺点),从能量供需协调的角度出发,提出了机组柔性控制,该控制方法结构简单,调整方便,不带非线性环节,具有明显的减弱锅炉汽压广义对象非线性的作用。对于不同的机组都可以通过调整一个参数-能量供需协调度a,得到满足主汽压波动小、机组负荷适应性强的控制系统,该控制系统适用于机组在大范围的不同工况下运行。仿真表明了这一结果。
Aiming to the special points (advantages and disadvantages) of different modes of operation, a flexible control from the viewpoint of energy feed-demand coordina-tion is put forward. The control method has not only a simple configuration, easy for adjusting without any nonlinear links, but also a positive effect on the linearization for the nonlinear characteristics of boiler-turbine unit pressure. The benefits obtained include improved dispatch rate and tighter regulation of steam pressure, and all these achievements can be gained by adjusting one parameter, the coefficient of energy feed-demand coordination. These improvements in control can be maintained for a wide range of operating conditions.
