摘要
一、前言我国后处理厂现存的30%磷酸三丁醋-煤油(以下简称为30%TBP-OK)有机废液,急待寻求安全、经济、合理的处理处置方案。国内外对这类放射性有机废液较多采用焚烧法处理,亦有一部分采用水泥固化,但因包容量低,固化体性能不够理想,而未达到商用阶段。本工作试图探索用大体积浇注水泥固化法处理处置有机废液的可能性。
The basic formulation for cementation of simulated 30% TBP--OK organicliquid waste from reprocessing plant and the characteristics of the waste form arestudied in this paper. The compatibility and fluidity between TBP--OK and cementmortar are also studied. 425~# sludge cement, BG activiated charcoal (as absorbent)and DH (as additive) are used in the experiment. Leaching test with actual TBP-OK organic liquid waste containing Pu (2.24×10^(-4)g/l) from Purex process is con-ducted. The results show that the compatibility of TBP--OK absorbed on BG acti-viated charcoal and cement mortar is good. The fluidity of cement mortar is 0. 18~0.2m. The waste loading is 14% or higher. The compressive strength is more than10MPa, with the maximum value of 22MPa. The leaching rate of Pu at 42nd dayis less than 1× 10^(-6)cm·d^(-1). The characteristics of the waste form are satisfactory.The cementation process for TBP--OK organic liquid waste with absorption methodis feasible basically.
