摘要
《红字》是一部心理罗曼史 ,充满着细腻的心理描写。本文通过对牧师丁梅斯代尔诸种内心矛盾的剖析 ,揭示了宗教与自然、社会与人性、爱与恨的剧烈冲突 ,以及产生这一悲剧的根本原因。
The Scarlet Letter is a psychological romance, which is full of delicate inward description. By analyzing Dimmesdale's different conflicts in heart, the thesis exposes the sharp confrontation between religion and nature, society and humanity, love and hatred , and the basic reasons which lead to the tragedy.
