论高校党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的治本对策

On the Incorruptible Construction and Anti-corruption at College

党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争“标本兼治、以治本为主”的战略布署是与时俱进的产物。高校要实现反腐败斗争的治本目标 ,首先要从研究腐败行为发生的必要条件入手 ,发现产生腐败的“本”和“源” ,构筑牢固的道德防线、制度防线、监督防线 ,以铲除腐败行为产生的土壤和条件 ,这是高校源头治腐的关键所在。

The strategy of taking both stopgap and radical measures-but mainly radical measures-to construct Partys upright and honest work style and combat corruption is the result of improving with each passing day.To achieve the aim of taking radical measures in combatting corruption in colleges and universities,it is critical to study the necessary causes which may give birth to corruption.In this way,we may be well aware of the origin of corruption and build a firm line of defence in ethics,social system and supervision in order to get rid of every possibility for corruption.
