运用博弈论分析 :(1)西方发达国家与发展中国家、不发达国家对待知识产权有关协议的利益选择 ;(2 )知识产权 (专利权 )交易中双方“个人利益”与“整体利益”的共同实现问题。

The article havs applied the theory of competition to analyze the following two questions:Firstly,it illustrates the beneficial choices among western developed countries,developing countries and under-developed countries toward the related contracts about property right of knowledge.Secondly,it tells us the mutual realization of personal benefits and general benefits between the trade on both sides of property right of knowledge.Cooperation is the vital and basic way to guarantce the benefits on both sides.
