Setting up "Seven Concepts" to Innovate Elementary School Education

小学教育要想在创新天地里有一番大的作为 ,必须内外兼修。从内部讲 ,应重新构建七个观念 ,从外部看 ,上级教育行政与业务部门作为小学教育创新的“瓶颈”因素 ,必须树立超前导向的观念。只有这样 ,小学教育才能创新 。

It was imperative to cultivate both inside and outside in elementary education innovation. From inside point of view, the 'seven concepts' should be constructed; from outside point of view, an advanced concept should be set up as the 'bottle neck' factor of the elementary education innovation. Only in this way, could elementary education be innovated, and pupils′ sustainable development be obtained.
