2 0 0 1年高考地理试题的特点是 :贴近现实地理问题 ,突出考查学生运用地理知识 ,分析、判断、解决地理问题的能力和价值观 ,体现地理知识的应用性。高考改革确定的核心是考查综合思维能力 ,重点是学科内综合思维能力 ,而学科知识的考查略逊。为此 ,地理复习要重视初中地理在分析、解决地理问题中的背景作用和工具作用 ;重视提高应用高中地理概念、原理和规律解决实际问题的能力 ;重视培养可持续发展的思想观念 ;改善复习策略和教学方法。

The national matriculation paper of geography of 2001 was close to the reality of geographic matters. It examined mainly students′ analyzing and problem solving abilities with geography knowledge they had learned. It leaded the orientation of geography teaching. The matriculation paper shifted its focus from the quantity of knowledge students grasped to the comprehensive ability of using knowledge. Therefore, the teaching method and revision strategies should be revised.
