摘要
社会的飞速发展 ,特别是基础教育课程改革的实施和中国进入 WTO,使我国基础教育受到了前所未有的震撼和冲击 ,许多教师一时间难以适应 ,内心产生了一定的危机感。从心理学的角度 ,分析教师心理危机的表现、特点、成因、危害及应对的策略 。
As society develops at high speed, especially current basic education curriculum reform and the entry of WTO, the basic education faces greater shock than ever before. The main body of the education, teachers, would therefore adjust themselves to adapt the situation. Some of them would feel big pressure and crisis. It was useful to analyze the expression, characteristics, causes, harms and countermeasures of teachers mental crisis.
