摘要 在整个世界正处于向以信息为主要资源的方向过渡的时候,信息构成了社会发展的重要基础,医学特别是围术期医学也处于这种重大的变化之中.麻醉医师如何面对这种变化所带来的挑战已是一个迫切需要解决的问题.毫无疑问,对手术病人术中的处理是围术期医学主要而重要的任务.然而即使在今天,有关我们最主要和最重要活动的信息,绝大多数仍然沿用着纸笔记录的方式.它在很大程度上已经限制和阻碍了麻醉学科的发展,围术期医学的进一步发展迫切需要麻醉信息处理系统(Anesthesia Information Management Systems,AIMS).
