摘要
文章对中国原子能科学研究院研制的中放废液沥青固化设施作出了安全评价。该设施在热试验运行中,工作人员所受平均外照射月剂量当量为0.136×10^(-2)Sv,个人最大外照射月剂量当量为0.390×10^(-2)Sv;释放到环境中的放射性物质远低于允许限量;把操作温度严格控制在170℃以下,避免了沥青固化物的燃爆危险。文章还简述了该设施的结构特点、主要工艺流程以及辐射防护安全措施。
Thie report is the safety assessment for the home--made bituminization facilityof the medium--level waste duing hot test. The everage exteral dose equivalent permonth is 0.136×10^(-2) Sv. The radioactive substance released into the environmentis much lower than the permissible limit. The danger of burning and exploding ofthe bituminized product was avoided because the operation temperature was con-troled strictly below 170℃. The report also briefly describes the structural characteristic of this bitumini-zation fac lity, the main process and radiation protection and safety measures.
