摘要
通过试验分析给出了柴油机机体组焊等工序内应力变化规律以及热时效对结构内应力的影响情况 ,提出了对复杂的焊接结构件应在粗加工后增加二次时效处理工序 ,并建议采用振动时效技术 ,经过试验确定了振动时效工艺。同时文中针对测试出的机体左、右侧内应力分布的有规律不均匀性 ,提出了“对称焊接”的建议。试验结果表明 ,“对称焊接”使结构内应力分布显著均化。
The changing of the inner stess of cast-welded engine bolck and the heat aging influence on structure inner stress are given,based on test analysis.The point of adding the second aging process for complex welded structural parts after roughly process is proposed,and vibration aging technology suggested.The suggestion of 'symmetry weld' is proposed,in view of systematic non-uniformity of the tested inner stress distribution of locomotive's left and right sides.The test shows that 'symmetry weld' makes the structure inner stress distribution uniformity obviously.
