Fault Diagnosis of Heating Surfaces in the Boiler Based on Parameter Identification

通过采用低集总参数模型近似高阶分布参数模型 ,将基于换热器机理动态数学模型的参数辨识法用于锅炉受热面的故障诊断 ,不仅大大减少了计算工作量 。

Based on the dynamic process model of the heating surface, Process Parameter Identification methods are presented in this paper. A lower order lumped models instead of a high order distributed model is used to simplify the computation in the process parameter identification, which is more applicable to real time fault diagnosis of the heating surface.
