摘要
研究表明玉米弯孢霉叶斑病菌在活体内外可以产生一系列的细胞壁降解酶 (PG、PMG、Cx) ,并且几种酶的产生有一定的时间顺序 ,首先是PG和PMG的产生 ,PG活性高于PMG的活性 ,而纤维素酶的活性变化不大 ,而且活性相对较弱。对掖单 13和沈试 2 9的损伤率 ,表明感病品种被损伤的程度比抗病品种强 ,而且PG对两个品种的影响较为明显。
The cell wall degrading enzymes (CWDEs) of Curvularia lunata were studied. It was found that Curvularia can produce cell wall edgrading enzymes PG,PMG and Cx, either in vivo or in vitro . The production of a series of CWDEs followed a certain sequence, first namely PG and PMG were produced, comparatively PG activity was higher than that of PMG. However the activity of Cx was stable and usually lower. It suggested that the susceptible variety Yedan 13 was more easily degraded or macerated than resistance variety Shenshi 29 by CWDEs in vivo . it could conclude that PG play an important role in the infection of Curvularia lunata .
