Bt转基因玉米的抗虫效果及其对田间动物种群影响的初步研究

Effect of Bt Trasgenic Maize on Insect Pests and Animals Populations in Field

通过比较Bt转基因玉米和常规玉米 (丹玉 13号 )的玉米螟卵量、被害株数及田间一些动物的种群数量 ,结果表明 :Bt转基因玉米对玉米螟具有较高的抗性 ,而且这种作用是持久的、稳定的。另外还发现 ,Bt转基因玉米对非鳞翅目昆虫及其他动物的影响甚微 。

Comparing the quantities of corn borer eggs,damaged plants,and some animal species groups living in Bt maize and ordinary maize(Danyu 13).We came to the conclusion that Bt maize has better resistance to corn borers,which is enduring and steady.Besides,we found that the Bt maize has little or no effect on Non Lepidopterous and other animals. We suppose that Bt maize will do no harm to ecological enviroment of the field.
