Regar meadow bromegrass(Bromus biebersteinii) has a good adaptability in most parts of the Loess Plateau except in the desert area. It grows rapidly and has a high grass yield and good quality and can be cultivated very easily in the areas. It is a very good introduced grass in the Loess Plateau and has a promising value in forage and soil and water conservation aspects.
