苜蓿抗感褐斑病品种内超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性的比较 被引量:90

摘要 利用离体叶接种技术分别将伊鲁瑰斯、沙河、萨兰斯和沙湾 4个苜蓿品种内的植株分为抗病株和感病株 ,并分别接种苜蓿假盘菌 ,对抗、感病植物叶片中的 SOD、POD及 PPO的活性进行了测定。结果表明 ,接种前抗、感株叶片中 4种酶的活性基本相同 ,接种后 17d内酶活性先升后降 ,而抗病株的酶活性增加高于感病株。最后抗。 Plants within each of four alfalfa cultivars, were grouped as resistant (R) and susceptible (S) to Pseudopeziza medicaginis and the different groups were equally inoculated with Pseudopeziza medicaginis , using excised leaf tissue inoculation. Both R and S groups within each of the cultivars were tested for activities of three enzymes, SOD, POD and PPO, in their leaf tissues. The result showed that the activities of the three enzymes were similar in R and S groups before inoculation. During the 17 days after inoculation, however, the activities of the three enzymes increased first, with more increases in the R groups than in the S groups, and then decreased in a later phase. Finally the R ad S groups became similar each other in terms of the activities of the three enzymes in the leaf tissues.
