摘要
综述了地理信息系统的概念、特点及发展现状 ,以环境管理为应用背景强调了在GIS支持下的环境管理应用系统的设计开发工作已经成为当前环境规划与管理领域的一项重要任务。并介绍了环境管理GIS研究开发的基本思路 ,主要内容包括系统目标、功能需求、开发环境、数据采集和系统结构。
This paper summarizes the concept,character and development of geographical information system,and based on environmental management it has been emphasized an important task of present enviromment planning and management to strengthen the design and development of environment supporting system supported by GIS. Lastly this paper gives basic ideas on GIS,including mainly system objectives,function requirements,development environment,data requirement and system architecture.
