264 cases of pathological analysis of sinonasal tumor

[目的 ]了解鼻部肿瘤的病理学特点 ,并与其它地区鼻部肿瘤的病理类型进行比较分析 .[方法 ]调查了 1980～ 1999年 2 0年间在我院病理科经活检确诊为鼻部肿瘤的全部患者的原始记录 .[结果 ]发现 2 6 4例鼻部肿瘤患者 ,其中 ,发病最多的为鼻部乳头状瘤 (33 7%) ,发病占其次的为鼻部血管瘤(19 7%) ,发病占第三位的为鳞状上皮癌 (15 9%) .[结论 ]我院鼻部肿瘤患者中乳头状瘤占较高的比重 .

OBJECTIVE?To comprehend the pathological characteristics of sinonasal tumors and compare with that in another area.?METHODS?All of records for sinonasal tumor cases diagnosed by pathology were investigated from 1980 to 1999 in our hospital.?RESULTS?Out of 264 cases with sinonasal tumors, the highest incidence was papilloma (33 7%) that was higher than that of the Xiehe hospital and Guiyang medical college hospital, second incidence was sinonasal angioma (19 7%) and third incidence was squamous cell carcinoma (15 9%).?CONCLUSION?The incidence of sinonasal papilloma in the sinonasal tumors in our hospital has higher specific density.
