功能性完全性左束支传导阻滞一例

1 case report of functional perfect block of left bundle branch

[背景 ]左束支传导阻滞多呈永久性 ,但也有呈功能性的 .[病例报告 ]以反复咳嗽、咳痰 10年 ,加重 ,伴声音嘶哑 10d为主诉而入院的老年患者 1例 ,入院诊断为慢性支气管炎、左侧中心型肺癌 ,给予消炎、对症治疗 .入院时心电图示窦性心律、完全性左束支传导阻滞 ,入院后 3个月时心电图示窦性心动过速、完全性左束支传导阻滞消失 .[讨论 ]左束支传导阻滞多呈永久性 。

BACKGROUND?Most of left bundle branch block are organic and often appears permanent, but also appears functionality.?CASE REPORT?A senile patient was administered in hospital with the chief complaints of repeated cough and expectoration for 10 years that aggravated with voice hoarseness for 10 days and the admission diagnosis was chronic bronchitis, central type carcinoma of the left lung and perfect left bundle branch block. After 3 months of admission, the cardiograph showed sinus tachycardia, but the perfect left bundle branch block was vanished.?DISCUSSION?The perfect left bundle branch block is permanent, but it also may be functional
