摘要
探讨了张之洞在清末法制改革中所扮演的倡导、示范改革 ,又阻止改革深入的复杂角色 。
The thesis probes into the complex role of promoting the reform but preventing it from going further ZHANG Zhi dong played in the reform of legal system in the last period of Qing Dynasty and reasons it deeply on both subjective and objective sides.
