This article analyzes the origin of the study of economic law and the economic legislation. It also analyzes the causes of the absence of the past study in this aspect. And then it inquires into the basic theory of the study of economic law through analyzing the framework of the relations between the market and the government, the personal sphere and the public sphere, the private interest and the public interest. It also analyzes the birth, the border of the economic law and the nature of the society law, outlining the special theoretical nature of this discipline.
