摘要
建立了N6160ZC6型柴油机工作过程的单目标函数非线型的优化数学模型,使用SWIFT法对柴油机不同负荷进行了优化计算,取得了计算结果与实测较好的吻合,据此,设计了柴油机节能型喷油泵的新型柱塞结构。
In this paper a nonlinear optimization mathematical model of single object is built up to describe the running process of N6160ZC6 diesel engine. SWIFT method is used to calculate and optimize the diesel en-gine's loads. Then the results show that the calculation effects accord with our experiment data. Based on it, the new type of oil pump's plug structure of an energy saving diesel engine is designed.
