凝汽器的腐蚀泄漏严重影响机组的水汽品质 ,威胁机组的安全经济运行。徐州发电厂通过及时检查和涡流探伤掌握铜管腐蚀情况 ,采取加强循环冷却水的加药管理、保持铜管清洁、管板刷漆联合阴极保护、FeSO4镀膜等防护措施 。
The condenser leakage caused by corrosion strongly influences water steam quality and threatens safety and economical operation for power plant. It is important to monitor the corrosion of tubes by means of timely examination and eddy current testing. Some effective measures such as the management of chemicals for circulating cooling water, keeping cleanlines of brass tubes, combination of coating painted tube sheets and cathodic protection, and FeSO 4 treatment, for prevention of condenser corrosion in Xuzhou Power Plant have been taken.
