摘要
锅炉低温段省煤器盘管在短期运行后 (3个月 )发生严重泄漏 ,经化学、金相、扫描电镜等方法进行分析 ,认为该管段母材上原存在有缺陷 ,后在硫酸腐蚀下导致泄漏停机。
The boiler economizer in the part of low temperature leaked after operating for three months. The reason of tube leaking was investigated by means of metallography and chemical analysis, the results show that the tube leaking was caused by defect in the tube wall, where colling water was combined with SO 3 to produce H 2SO 4, then severe corrosion took place.
