摘要
利用宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及电子探针等手段对电站蒸汽系统旁排阀疏水接管失效原因进行分析 ,分析结果表明 ,接管运行环境及结构上的缺陷是造成接管失效的主要原因。
Macroscopic view, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and SEM were employed to failure analysis for the drain pipe of by pass vavle in power steam system. The analysis results show that the operation environment and the structural defects were main reason of the failure. Based on the anaysis, some improvement measures are suggested.
