摘要
栽培环境对优质基因的表达有强烈的影响,不仅影响小麦的营养品质,而且影响着加工品质.同一品种在不同栽培条件下产生的品质变异相关分析表明,营养品质和加工品质存在正相关.确定适宜的氮肥用量、追氮时期和底肥与追肥的比例,可以有效地提高小麦的加工品质.过量地施用磷肥会降低面筋含量、但并不降低面筋质量.开花期灌水对加工品质有不良影响,但较肥料作用为弱.本文提供了兼顾营养品质和加工品质的较佳栽培措施组合.
The environments of cultivation greatly affect the expression of excellent genes in wheat seeds. They affect not only its nutrition properties but also the processing properties. Experiment results show that nutrition properties and processing properties are in positive correlation. Appropriate amount of N, proper time of N application, and suitable proportion of basic and additional N can effectively raise the processing properties of wheat. Over quantity of P may decrease the content of gluten, however, it doesn't decrease the quality of gluten. Irrigation in the blooming stage doesn't do any good to processing properties. But water hasn't- such strong effect as N-fertilizer. This paper offers a set of cultivating methods which can help to achieve both good nutrition properties and processing properties.
