摘要
根据轧制 6.5 mm盘条的工艺设计 ,研究了轧件在精轧机组中的轧制张力和轧件变形的关系 ,分析了辊径、孔槽磨损、进精轧机组坯料尺寸等因素对各架次轧制张力、轧件变形的影响 。
The relationship of rolling tension with deformation of rolled wire by a high speed wire rod mill based on the process of φ 6 5 mm wire rod was studied in this papers.The effects of various factors as the roll diameter,the pass wearing and the dimension of stock entering into a high speed wire rod mill on the rolling tension and deformation of rolled wire was discussed too.Some useful method of the process operation was introduced.
