摘要
介绍了聚酰亚胺树脂的特性和金刚石树脂砂轮的制造工艺 ,并对其进行了磨削试验。结果表明 ,用聚酰亚胺树脂粉制造的金刚石磨具 ,具有优良的耐磨性能 。
In this papers is presented the charactics of Polyimide resin and the manufacturing technique of the resinoid bond diamond wheel.Grinding experiment shows the wear resistance and grinding efficiency of Polyimide resinoid bond wheel are satisfied.The diamond wheel manufactured with Polyimide resin had gotten the satisfying practical applied effect.
