摘要
本文根据株洲硬质合金厂(以下简称“工厂”)的供水加压站的原实际工况,经应用变频调速技术后达到供水系统压力稳定、设备运行可靠、节约电能的实例,对供水变频控制系统、调速节能原理、变压变频调速原理、控制功能进行理论分析与计算;从实践与理论两个方面解剖变频调速技术的应用。
This paper was based on the practice situation of water supply pressure station. After applied frequency converted regulating speed, the water pump was pressvre stability, the equipment in motion dependable and power saving. Based on theoratical analyses and calculation on water pump frequency converted control system, regulating speed and energy saving principle, tranaform and frequency converced principle and control function, from practice and theory to explain the application of frequency converced regu-latin speed technology.
