控制生产工艺用水是氧化铝厂节能降耗的有效途径

Control the production technology applied water is alumina plant energy saving and lower consumption's effective way

本文通过对山西铝厂氧化铝四分厂生产工艺用水的现状分析,提出改进现状的可行性措施,指出严格控制好生产工艺用水,可为企业减少大量蒸汽消耗,特别是对蒸发环节比较薄弱的企业来说,是走出困境、扭亏增盈、节能降耗的有效途径。

On the basis of present situation analysing the production technology applied water in Alumina 4 plant, some improving present situation's feasibieity measures have been put forward. This paper pointed out that rigid control production technology applied water, and can decrease a quantity steam consumption, especially evaporation is a link weak enterprise. For this reason, it is an effective way to arrive energy saving and lower consvmption.
