摘要 根据黄河下游河道特点、泥沙在水中的分布规律以及沿黄地质、地形等自然条件 ,提出了引黄防沙工程设施的设置及其结构特点 ,并在引水口处使用不倒式拦沙潜堰进行拦沙 .不倒式拦沙潜堰用复合材料制成上轻下重的不倒式单元板块 ,关闸停水时 ,拦沙潜堰直立于引水口静水之中 ,隔断大河与引水渠之间的水流交换 ,防止引水渠及引水口门的淤积 ;开闸引水时 ,使拦沙潜堰顶没入水面以下一定深度 ,表层水流越堰而过 ,含沙大的中、底层水流被阻于大河之中顺流而下 。 The arrangement and structure features of the sand protecting works in the Yellow River water diversion project are discussed according to the features of the down stream course of the Yellow River, sand distribution in the water, geology and topography along the river, etc. and a tumbler patterned sand protecting submerged weir at the intake is proposed. This weir is a cell block made of compound materials, and its upper part is light and lower part heavy. When the gate is shut, the weir stands upright in the still water, stopping the water exchange between the Yellow River and the canal, so as to stop sand from silting at the gate in the canal. When the gate is opened, the weir sinks a certain depth into water, as a result, the top clear water flows over, and the water of the middle and bottom layers which contain more sediment is stopped in the Yellow River and flows down from the gate, thus, sediment is stopped from flowing into the canal.
