Social Control of the Problem of the Rural Well-off Family Care for the Age

本文在分析了“富而不养”问题的特点、原因及危害的基础上 ,从社会控制的角度 ,提出解决对策 :重点加强家庭道德、村民自治组织和农村老年协会和农村的舆论方面的社会控制 ,并辅之以法律、政策和组织等手段。

The authors, from the perspective of the social control, aiming at the problem that the people who are well-off but unwilling to afford the old-aged, analyze its characteristics and causes, and same time put forward some solutions:the intensity of the family moral, autonomy organization of villagers and old aged association and public opinions, sided with the legislation, policy making organization and so on .
