摘要
采用正交试验法筛选配方 ,研制出节能、降耗、减污的钢铁室温氧化发黑剂 ;通过配方组分中各成分对氧化膜性能的影响分析 ,得出了CuSO4 ·5H2 O·H2 SeO3·Zn(H2 PO4 ) 2 、NiCl2 、pH值和氧化时间对膜层性能的影响规律 ,并进一步探讨了室温氧化机理。
A green oxidizing technology for steel at room temperature and efficient treating agents were developed by orthogonal tests. The effects of compositions (e.g.CuSO 4·5H 2O, H 2SeO 3, Zn(H 2PO 4) 2, NiCl 2) and pH of oxidization solution and oxidizing time on the property of oxidation film were studied, meanwhile the oxidation mechanism of steel at room temperature was also discussed.
