At present insufficient banking funds is an outstanding issue to every state-owned bank.So is it one of the important factors that will influence the competitiveness and sustainable development of the state-owned banks.After analyzing the importance of banking funds to the survival and development of the banks,the article details the current state of state-owned banks and its causes,and points out an efficient counter-measure to replenish banking funds.
