The Transition from "Ethnical Person" to "Economic Person

借鉴经济社会学的研究成果 ,简要总结了我国二十余年制度变迁的人性化逻辑 ;指出了从计划经济条件下的单位制度到市场经济条件下的市场制度的转变 。

Using the studies in the economic and societal science for reference, the authors exploit the humanity logic that lies in the 20-year transition from centrally planned economy into socialist market economy. It is revealed that the conversion from unit based institution to a market based one is an institutional transformation in the spirit of humanity logic.
