摘要
股票期权制是深化国有企业改革 ,激励在职高级经营管理人员的一种有效方式 ,正逐步在我国经济生活中被推广应用。现阶段 ,在国企改革中引入股票期权制 。
Stock options is an effective means to stipulate senior managers and deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises (SOEs). It is being extended to wide use in the country's economic activities. Currently, introducing option system into state-owned enterprises will exert positive impact on the establishment of modern corporate system in SOEs and their strategic restructuring.
