Remodelling AO Plate in Treating Unstable Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的 :探讨塑形包容股骨大粗隆外侧AO钢板治疗粗隆部不稳定性骨折的治疗效果。方法 :回顾分析采用塑形包容大粗隆外侧AO加压钢板治疗 2 8例粗隆部不稳定性骨折的病例。结果 :2 8例被随访 6～ 30个月 ,优 2 2例 ,良 6例 ,无 1例发生内固定失败、髋内翻畸形等并发症。结论 :本手术具有固定牢固、操作简便、并发症少、疗效优良等优点 ,是一种治疗粗隆部不稳定性骨折安全有效方法 ,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of remodelling AO plate for the covering the lateral edge of great trochanter to treat the unstable intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:Twenty eight cases of unstable intertrochanteric fractures were treated with AO plates which were remodeled for the covering the lateral edge of great trochanter were reviewed.Results:Twenty eight cases were followed up for 6 to 30 months,excellent resuls were seen in 22 patients,good in 6.No patients had fixation failure or coxa vara complication.Conclusion:These techniques have some advantages,such as simpler manipulation?rigid fixation?excellent and good results and less complication.It is a satisfactory and safe way for the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures.It is a recommendable method in practice.
