非骨水泥人工全髋关节置换术疗效分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Cementless Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的 :观察国人对非骨水泥人工全髋关节的反应 ,及其有关的临床资料。方法 :自 1993年 6月～ 1997年12月我院共置换非骨水泥人工全髋关节 86例 10 6个髋关节。结果 :经过 36～ 90个月 ,平均 5 6个月的随访观察 ,根据Harris评分方法进行评分 ,术前平均 5 2分 ,术后平均 97分 ,优良率为 94 %。结论 :非骨水泥人工全髋关节是我国青壮年患者和二次翻修患者的理想替代物。

Objective: To observe the reaction of Chinese to cementless artificial total hip joint and acquire the clinical data.Method:From Jun.1993 to Dec.1997,86 patients(106 hips)were treated with cementless total hip arthroplasty,the clinical data were collected by regular reexamination.Results:After an average of 56 months(36～90 months) follow up,according to the assessment standard of Harris,the preoperative score averaged 52,and postoperative 97,the good and excellent rate were 94%.Conclusion:Cementless artificial total hip joint is a optimal substitute for the young patients and patients required revision.
