摘要
目的 :制备骨组织工程用中国青山羊胫骨骨缺损模型。方法 :中国青山羊 9只随机分 3组制备单侧胫骨 2 0mm的骨膜与骨缺损 ,钢板内固定 ,术后放射性同位素、放射学检查、组织学方法评价骨缺损自行修复情况。结果 :术后同位素ROI记数 (p >0 .0 5)与摄取比值T/NT(p >0 .0 5)显示无骨代谢 ,所有动物骨缺损处X线片Lane评分均为 0分 ,组织学显示无骨组织长入。结论 :山羊胫骨2 0mm缺损模型不能自主成骨 ,符合骨组织工程实验的要求。
Objective: To prepare an experimental caprine model of tibia bone defect used in tissue engineering.Methods:The nine Chinese caprines were divided into three groups.The 20mm left tibia diaphyseal defect of every caprine was made of and fixed with plate.Bone formation and blood supply were evaluated by ECT,X ray and histology.Results:The numbers of ROI and the ratio of T/NT showed no bone metabolism.The Lane's scores of nine caprines were all zero.There was not bone found in histology.Conclusion:Caprine model of 20mm tibia diaphyseal defect cannot be repaired by itself and can satisfy the tissue engineering's demands.
