摘要
从论著作者对参考文献著录的模糊观念出发 ,对著录参考文献的目的与作用进行了说明 ,对来稿中参考文献著录的不规范现象进行了剖析 。
The purpose and function of the reference literature is explained;the phenomenon of non criterion and the reason for it and the countermeasure of sloving the non criterion of reference literature are analysed.
