摘要
对XJK32 5 - 2型简易数控铣床进行改造 ,增加一台数控分度头使凸轮轴三轴联动加工简化为两轴联动加工。介绍了数控改造的原理 ,步进电动机的计算选择 ,系统脉冲当量的转换 。
By reconstructing model XJK325-2 Nc milling machine and adding a Nc dividing head, a camshaft can be made from three\|axle joint machining into two. This paper deals with the mechanism of Nc reconstruction, how to choose the pecking motor, how to transform the system pulse equivalent, how to select the cutting parameter and how to arrange the technique and write down the program.
