摘要
本文以翻垡型犁面为基础,依据元线扫描曲面的规律,近似模拟了土壤质点在犁面上的运动轨迹,并通过对土壤质点运动的分析建立了与犁面几何形状、耕速、土壤参数相关的阻力公式。经计算和实测验证,证明该公式能较准确地反映出不同土壤、耕速、犁面参数的比阻,可作为目标函数进行犁面的优化设计。
According to the rule of curves scaning on the turning plow surface, we imitate approximately the soil point's path of motion on the surface, and establish the resistance formula which relating to the geometrical form, ploughing speed and soil parameter. Calculating and field testing, it proof that the formula can reflect the traction specific resistance of differently soil, ploughing speed and plow surface parameter more accurately, so it can be taken as the objective functian for the optimum design of the plow surface.
