摘要
本文阐述了用FT-IR光谱仪对乙醇(C_2H_5OH)在WO_3半导体气敏材料表面反应的研究。实验结果表明:当t(温度)=250℃时。气体产物有乙醚(C_2H_5-O-C_2H_5)生成;295℃<t<350℃时有(C_2H_5)_2O和乙烯C_2H_4生成;t>407℃时只有C_2H_4生成。同时发现,250℃<t<600℃范围为该气敏元件的C_2H_5OH的敏感温度区间。文中对敏感温度区间内乙醇气体吸附在WO_3上的反应进行了讨论。
This paper explained the studing of reaction of alcohol over WO, surface of semiconductive gas sensitive meterials with FT-IR spectrometer. The result showed that ether is products at t (temperature) =250℃. The gas products are ether and ethene at 295℃ <t<350℃.At t>407℃ only the ethene produced. And found 250℃ <t<600℃ is the sensitive region of sensor on the alcohol. This paper also' discussed the alcohol gas absorption reaction over WO3 in the sensitive region.
