昆明地区主粮中铜、锌、钼、铬(Ⅲ)、钴、锰水平规律调查

Investigetion on Level and Laws of Content on Cu, Zn, Mo, Cr (Ⅲ), Co and Mn in Grain of Kunming Area

本文研究了昆明地区稻、米、麦、面中铜、锌、钼、铬(Ⅲ)、钴、锰含量的水平和规律。与全国水平作了比较,提出了初步对策。铬(Ⅲ)的系统资料的研究在国内外尚属首次。

The level and laws on content of Cu, Zn, Mo, Cr(Ⅲ), Co and Mn in cereal, rice, wheat and flour in the Kunming area have been studied, and compare with the level of all country. A tentavtive countermeasure have proposed. The systematic study of chromium (Ⅲ) in grain is first time.
