摘要
用自制真空熔体喷溅快速冷却设备制作了6种成分Bi-Mn合金薄带,用X射线衍射仪及振动样品磁强计测量了淬态及退火态试样的物相及磁性,得到饱和磁化强度与剩磁随含Mn量的线性变化关系,及矫顽力随含Mn量的变化具有峰值存在。从磁性测量数据导出淬态试样中Mn在Bi中的固溶度扩展至2.4重量%。在含16%试样中获得较多的MnBi淬火高温相,在此样品的淬火高温相中的Mn含量约占10重量%。
The Bi-Mn ribbons of six compositions were prepared by using a vacuum melt-spinning instrument made ourselves. A X-ray diffractometer and a vibrating sample magnetometer were employed for measuring the phases and magnetic properties of as-quenched and annealed samples. The linear variation equation of satuation magnetization σs and remanence σr with composition ( Wt%), and the existence of a maximum in a variation of coercivity Hcm with Mn concentration have been obtained. The solubility of Mn in solid Bi in as-quenched samples has been deduced to be 2.4% from the data of magentic measurement. Large quantity of quenched high-temperature phase (QHTP) were detected in the samples of 16 Wt% Mn, and the Mn content of the QHTP in the samples has been calculated to be 10 Wt%.
