The Problem and Opinion of Fund Raising on Poverty Relief Project of Health VI Loaned by World Bank

目的 了解北方4个项目省卫生Ⅵ特困医疗救助资金的来源、存在的困难和问题。方法 现场调查和个人深入访谈。结果 各项目县医疗扶贫资金筹集不足,来源多样,财政困难与领导重视程度是主要原因。结论 医疗救助是值得推广的一项措施,关键是建立一种制度。

OBJECTIVE Understand the origin of poverty relief fund, raising the fund s difficulties and problems. METHOD Fieldwork and in-depth interview. RESULT The fund shortage,source multiple, main reason is financial shortage and leader s recognition lack. CONCLUSION Poverty relief for health is a good thing for poor people; it should be built a system.
