摘要
在教育话语世界,主要有三类话语系统:一类是由行政管理者发出的权势话语,它传达社会对教育的要求和规定,标示教育的社会历史使命,体现的是社会权力;一类是研究工作者制造的理性话语,它以实证的方法、科学的范式对教育进行客观化的解释、说明,传达的是“逻辑的权力”(卡西尔语);
The article points out that it is limited for the teacher to have his individual discourse right in teaching or in research. Under the double pressure of power - based discourse and reason - based discourse, the teacher is going to lose his discourse right consciously or unconsciously, thus leading to a monotonous and rigid educational life and a lifeless educational development. Therefore, the author calls for ' the cry at the same time' from all the participants, the development of equal dialogue and communication, above all, the awakening of teacher's self- consciousness and active reflective action and research. Only by this, the teacher can promote his professional development actively, steadily and continuously.
